Pilot Plant – Upscaling at the pilot plant

The more precisely the composition of a blend is tailored to a customer’s operating conditions, the more effective the new or modified special wax will be.

Our pilot plant, which is basically a smaller version of a full production facility, allows for a scale-up as early as in the tuning phase.
When required, we can even test waxes on our customers’ equipment, which allows us to tune the blends for use with their machines and production processes.
We can also produce small lots for cosmetics and pharmaceutical applications, for example, at our pilot plant.
